Zumba Gelek Gelek

Ok side track sikit. As you can see, I have include one page for my chosen vendor. Basically, on her side, I have actually secure some booking. But for his side, in fact there is none that have been booked except for the Pak Andam & Sirih Lat Lat, because it came with my package. Can you believe that I actually did all that booking within 1 week after I get engaged. That is really fast..chop chop punya..Hehe.

Alright, so lets go back to the topic. I use to go Zumba at I AM STUDIOS own by Isham. It is more of a dance studio lah I can say. There's Zumba, Hip Hop, Kpop, Salsa and etc. Honestly, it was fun there. I actually like Marisol's Class. She is one super sweet lady and very friendly. Nih bukan nak kembang lah,  but somehow we can feel that she really like it when we came to her class. Hehe. The best thing abt this place is that , it is very affordable. It is only like $8 per class & the class is super small that sometimes only me and my friend is in the class. Theres a pro & con lah. Best is, we got personal attention. The not so good part is that, everytime we cannot make it, we have to inform them coz we dont want the instructor to come but no students. However.due to the inconvenience of the location (it is at Aljunied -about 10 mins walk from the MRT) & the size of the class, we have to opt out from it. Our Class which was always on fri night have to be cancelled as there was not a high response and most of them prefer a sunday class.

So, I decided to join this Fiesta Fitness.

First reason - it's very convenience & near to my place. The branch that I went is at the Tampines Swimming Complex. Right next to TSC Office. Easy to locate. They had other branches as well at Golden Mile Complex, Waterloo, Bukit Batok, Bishan, Woodlands, Clementi & Yio Chu Kang. They use to have 1 at Changi, but no more I guess. You need to register at the Meetup website & from there you are able to see thier calender. All you need to do is just to RSVP at that time slot that you are coming. They take about 30-40 slots per session. The cost for 1 session is $12. If you are the active one and want to go zumba like maybe 3 - 4 times a week, it's best if you purchase their punch card. $110 for 10 session & $200 for 20 session. However, You have to use it up within 3 months of purchase. They have 4 types of Zumba & recently they introduce Zumba for Kids as well. Isn't it cool??:)

  1. Zumba Gold® – Zumba Gold targets the largest growing segment of the population: baby boomers. It takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. What stays the same are all the elements the Zumba Fitness-Party is known for: the zesty Latin music, like salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton; the exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves; and the invigorating, party-like atmosphere. Active older adults want camaraderie, excitement and fitness as a regular part of their weekly schedule. Zumba Gold is the perfect fit. It’s a dance-fitness class that feels friendly, and most of all, fun.
(More for older Participant & Beginners)
  2. Zumba® Fitness – When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
(More for the young & fit Participant)
  3. Zumba® Toning – When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.
  4. Zumba® in the Circuit – Maximize your workout while still having a total blast. Zumba in the Circuit is 60 minutes of high-octane, Latin-inspired dance-fitness moves combined with circuit training, a series of strength exercises at timed intervals. Get the metabolism-boosting, strength-building benefits of circuit training while perfecting Zumba moves—all in the same class! Guaranteed to blast calories and thwart boredom, Zumba in the Circuit moves students from one exercise station to the next to the thumping beats of reggaeton, salsa, merengue, hip-hop and more. Be in and out in 60 minutes flat —this time-effective and efficient class can be adapted for all fitness levels.

So, I went for yesterday evening class from 7pm - 8pm. Zumba Instrctor was Faiz (Melayu berbual slang u..lol!) Everything was fun. Since I had done Zumba previously, it was not so kekok since some of the steps are similar. Nice music..Nice Dance. Banyak gelek-gelek. Best part, si faiz nih boleh gelek lagi lembut dari aku lah eh...haha..takleh tasyan! Kita yang paiseh tgk dier gelek. Can you believe it, there's also Indian song..and I have to joget India..hauhauahua!! Funny seh..but all is cool. I love this Zumba. For sure I am going to this club again, since they have Zumba session almost every day. The only thing is that you need to RSVP in advance. Hot jugak Zumba nih..selalu fully booked & kena waiting list!

Any BTB's staying in the east wanna join me for Zumba??

=)=)=)
