Miso Soup
Time flies so fast and it is already Sunday! :(
I decided not to go out today. Just felt like staying at home and re-charge my energy.
Recently, I have been craving for miso soup haha eversince I tasted it at the NTUC foodcourt at Raffles.
Honestly, the first time when I try it, I kinda dislike it. I guess I was not use to the taste but ever since then somehow I fall in love with it. Then, I saw one of the Facebook seller sold the miso paste , a halal homemade one, so I decided to give it a go.
Today, since I had the time, I just tried it out with whatever that I have at home.
SO it's beef & tofu miso soup it is. LOL!
It is a very simple dish, prolly about 15 mins??
Yup. It's that easy and fast

Feeling Korean
Today I feeling-feeling Korean.
I just felt like cooking and cooking something different. So after much thought, I decided to whipped up a Korean dish. Wohooo!! Drive my mum to the wet market this morning and at the same time getting all the ingredient for my dish.

Honestly, this is my first time whipping up a Korean Dish. Menjadi you!!

BIskut Suji Rainbow
Suji Rainbow Cookies. That's what I called it.
Well, the original is Suji Crystal but It didn't really look like a crystal to me.
More like Snowy Rainbow. Maybe I should called it Snowy Rainbow Cookies hehe.
I have not been updating much lately. Fasting Month is really a big challenge in terms of tiredness & sleepyness. Oh and I was busy with my Kimchidrama too:P
Anyway, i had 4off days during the National Day Period, so I baked my snowy rainbow cookies & did some spring cleaning. Nothing much preparation though.
